One would think that as a designer I wouldn’t really enjoy designing long-form, sterile reports, such as this one that I just finished, but I love these things. This particular layout was an exercise in making really simple design that isn’t too fancy for the policy folks who would prefer to just be given a Word document; but fancy enough that a lay person, such as myself, might want to read it. The charts were especially a fun challenge. Plus, it’s always cool to design something that will be in the hands of the world leaders.
