about
Hi! I’m Allison Kline, the chief designer and stuffmaker at Mishmash Art & Design.
Art: When I’m not designing for myself or others, I can be found in my studio working on a variety of projects which may involve some or all of the following: painting (acrylic and encaustic), printmaking, bookmaking, sewing, small-scale metalsmithing, drawing, gluing, hammering, and as soon as I have the time to take a class, and the space to do it, welding! Click here to see what I’ve been working on.
Design: I have experience designing a wide range of print collateral including packaging, brochures, business papers, posters, point of sale promotions, environmental graphics, product catalogs, CDs, and more. I manage all projects from start to finish; from concept through design and pre-press to the final press check. I’m comfortable working solo, but also love collaborating with larger teams (having worked both at a design studio, and on an in-house team), providing art direction to photographers, illustrators, and other designers.
